Operation Tweed Ride is going well, after two days ;-)

Well, I am two days officially into my “Operation Tweed” fitness regime and so far so good! Two days ago I weighed 88.2kg and this morning I weighed 86.6kg, so I am happy.

The aim I have for this challenge is that it is ( or was ) 6 weeks on Sunday until we host the Tweed Ride Madrid, 9th June http

 …and I was very concerned after getting my suit from Aspen Club. I was measured in December and picked it up about 5 weeks ago…and to my horror, I could only just fit into it, so I have to lose the weight!

I just went to two cycle shops to try and buy some new inner tubes but they were both shut so I have decided to run for about twenty minutes and I have managed 50 press-ups this morning. If the gym is not open later I am going to mend a puncture and cycle, or run!

Food today has been: A protein drink with banana, 2 cups of black tea, 3 eggs on rye toast, I’m going to eat some fish later and lentils, but i need to go shopping and eat as many vegetables as possible! Wish me luck!
